when i was pulling in from picking up providence and siobhan from school today, providence noticed that the butterflies have arrived! i LOVE this short little part of the year with butterflies flitting from spot to spot--hundreds of them.....i can't wait for tomorrow to be here so that i can go out and see more of them!
i love butterflies. one of my favorite books is from when i was in college, called "hope for the flowers" you can still find it and i highly reccommend it to everyone......it is about learning to really love and to do that you have to die to yourself....
butterflies really are an incredible object lesson. so much happens to that caterpillar while it is in that chrysalis......it doesn't look like it from the outside, but there sure is alot going on on the inside....that is how it is with us sometimes...we are being worked on heavily by the holy spirit and god the father....we never even know it sometimes that someone else it going thru it, other times it is very obvious--all i know is that when ever it is cocoon time, you better give in to it, and go thru it, and that when all is said and done, hthe beautiful butterfly that is there is pretty grand....
