so, if escrow would have closed today and if you were to knock on my front door, this is what you would see....
to the right is the living room.....and straight on, if you went thru that opened door, you would be in my bedroom.....off in the distance left is the family/dining room. it is opened to the kitchen. i am pretty excited about the fireplace in the dining room, will add some atmosphere i think. i am also REALLY happy that we will NOT have a T.V. in there :o) it will really be nice to have the dining room table available for family meals.......i really have missed that from all of these years of my selfishness in taking over the dining room for a sewing room in this old house. i really have no idea where my sewing spot is going to be in the new house now that rhiannon and her family are moving into my big room that i thought that i was going to have, but i do know that it is NOT going to take over the dining room table ever again.
however, escrow will not close today.....hopefully it will before wednesday night....otherwise we have to wait til next monday--wouldn't that be a bummer???

Good luck... it is so nerve wracking isn't it?
and good luck with more folks in the house..........hope you can find a place to sew....it is vital to my mental health and probably yours too.
