another pictureless blog post....i hate those. now, besides my computer still being dead, my camera went missing. i have ABSOLUTELY NO idea where it went, and finally accepting the fact that it may never even re-surface. needless to say i am VERY bummed about that. so, now that mother's day is rolling around, i am thinking that a nice little point and shoot with excellent zoom (and cuisine setting LOL) would be a nice little giftie if someone wanted to gift their mother with something for mother's day (hint hint!--oh so sublte huh?)
time has gone by, but life sure has not been on hold. don't even remember when i wrote last, or what about--such memorable posts huh? but, have done a few trips to northern california, had my firend christi here for a visit--she will never be the same-- and knitted one front and almost the other one too of my sweater, did a few dishcloths--found an incredible one for a trinity knot that works up VERY cute, and started a shawl with the original yarn for my sweater that i bought in klonakilty a few years ago and was too afraid to use it on a sweater....am really happy with the shawl pattern so far, and really happy with the choice to use the wool on this project.....
kids are doing well, kevin is doing well, i am working the census and that is a frustrating job for me. i hate seeing the waste of the government, and while i can understand the magnitude of this job, and how important and difficult it is--i see so much waste....
too bad i have a migrane...wish it would go away....i have to go get ready for a meeting in a bit....then pick up tadhgain from testing.....then go to work...ew....work. i much prefer just staying home and puttering....

one of the nice things about a blog is that you can jump in with content whenever you like. There will always be someone that has you on their dashboard to drop a comment. It doesn't take very long to get caught up.
