i was told that it is really 6 and 5 halves....

these are all my halves.....from top left is shea, tristan, arcadia, j.k. and eireland.....


i have 6 kids living at home full time ranging from ages near 7 to 16. on top of that i have 2 floaters.....

my son j.k. is 21 and lives here a few nights out of the week, when it is convenient for him and he is not out with friends--he comes and goes as he pleases. he goes to college and works as a server and gets good tips coz he is so personalble and cute :o) the beach is one of his favorite places to go, and he went to a jack johnson concert on friday and did not even invite me!!!! he even had extra tickets that he sold for a huge profit.....i am so jealous that he went!

shea, 18, mostly lives at my oldest daughter's house but is here often as well--mostly when she wants to eat well or is just bored.....or needs to go to school and i am her transportation LOL that picture is typical shea....her hair changes styles and colors often, she has the coolest tatoo on one of her arms--it is of all our names in a ribbon twirling down her forearm, you can see it partly in the picture of arcadia in the air--she went to ireland with us last year too and it was nice to travel with her. good thing she went and learned the ropes of customs etc. coz she went to germany to be a nanny for several months for a couple that are now both deployed in the army....we don't know if she is going back there when they get back or not, but she does like to travel...it was nice for her to see so much of the world already at such a young age.....i am jealous of her too LOL


i also do daycare for my grandkids--arcadia,7, eireland, 4, and tristan, who will be one in october, while their parents are at work. most of the time it is great :o) but boy howdy, they take alot or work and energy.

arcadia and eireland are both always at the cheer gym. arcadia is a flyer. her picture isn't very good, but it sure does give the essence of her....she is probably one of the smartest children i know (and daniel taught himself to read at age 2 and coud do multipication by kindergarten so that is saying ALOT!!!) i think it is because she also has common sense LOL she was born grown up.

eireland is a bit more fun loving (read a tease and mischievious) but is also as sweet and kind as can be and is the best helper any grandma could ask for.....she can be a bit moody but is sure one of my treasures.

and, oh my gosh!! is tristan the most beautiful boy you have ever seen? what a sweet little guy! he is spoiled rotten! but, is actually a good little guy.....and we are happy to have the little prince come play with us......

i am liking parenting better today--the chocolate and pretzels helped immensly! time passes, hormones level out, God speaks to me, God speaks to them, life moves on.....life is good, i am blessed.....

mostly my atitude changed-Lord knows the kids didnt--but one can always dream and hope huh?? and, i do have to say, they are wonderful in public most of the time and i get complements on them alot so something must be sorta ok huh???
