speo in deo--hope in God

The Clan Crowley's motto is speo in deo which is latin for hope in God, or more so, I put my hope in God.....not just as in an I wish, or I hope that God will come though, but rather in that God is the only place for me to put my hope--with raidant certainty that God will come through as He is the only one capable......He is the only one that is worthy of my placing my hope.

Now, being a crowley only by choice (marriage) i am sure that the motto is still good for me and i sure do think that it was cool that they had such a great motto....as we all know how i feel about hope :o)

jenna and i both got the same tatoo on our wrists for our birthdays--october and february, and j.k. got his on his forearm for his 21st birthday in april. the picture shows jenna's wrist as huge, but it is only the angle of the camera :o) my shamrock is bigger than hers and her script is thicker than mine......i think it would be cool if all of us got speo in deo tatooed on us somewhere....even rhiannon, who said she was NEVER gonna get a tatoo is thinking that she will.....too bad that you are supposed to be 18 before you get tats in california (yeah, shea had hers when she was only 17.....)....i would go ahead and let all the girls get them now if they got the same thing on their left wrists.....i am gonna have to check into if my artist would do it.......

OH!!!! and did you even notice that beautiful bracelet????!!!!!!

i got it from kevin on sept. 1st....just for a new month, a new day.....what a wonderful husband!!! it is sapphires and diamonds and silver......what a wonderful surprise! i am very spoiled, and i know it, and i do not take it for granted.....i am blessed......
