doesn't that look yummy? a wonderful bailey's steamer.....steamed milk and bailey's irish cream....however, kevin bought me the o'sullivans for valentines day, and so i finished off the baileys with one shot, and then added the o'sullivans for the second shot...i will probably always call them bailey's steamers though, even if i make them with carolans, st. brendan's, bailey's or o'sullivans...none seem to stand out to me as tasting better than the others so far....i guess i am not that discriminating in my palate huh? all i know is that on a cold evening, nothing is better than either a hot whiskey (of which i seem to hardly ever have any more) or a bailey's steamer....gotta just LOVE that espresso machine the kids got us for christmas--it makes the best coffees and lattes etc....and now, add the bailey's steamer to the list and my life is pretty darned happy!

ok, so, my phone died a few weeks ago. kevin got me this pretty little pearly pink phone that i have no idea of how to use most of the features on it, but today providence used the internet on it to find a radioshack, and then, when we got home, she sent a new ring tone to it for me....i used to have colbie caillat singing "bubbly" as my ring tone on one of my old phones, then that died, got another phone and it just had a stupid ring, so.....now, i have my very favorite song ever as my ring tone....

"only hope" by mandy moore from one of my favorite movies....a walk to remember. it is from a nicholas sparks book.....i like lots of songs from that movie, but "only hope" is sure my song to God. i sang it at the top of my lungs on the beach at balleyconneely bay while in ireland--that was one of my very favorite moments in my life, i will always cherish it....anyway, now this pretty little pink phone plays my favorite song :o)

there was a casualty over the weekend. last night in the snow providence took the BEST picture of her i have ever seen. i was really excited to get it uploaded today, but for some reason my xd card went berserk and is now corrupt so all of the pictures were lost--those also include all of the extreme makeover home edition pictures--rhiannon was bummed that we lost all the pictures of ty LOL i was pretty bummed......so, i got a new one today--gotta be ready for when silas decides to make his appearance--plus, we are all going down the hill tomorrow for dinner with all of our family--all 11 kids and their families--as well as kevin's mom, sister, her boys, and his brother---lord willing the weather holds and we don't have a snowy pass--k-, gotta go do dinner--yummy manicotti....
