what is ty pennington doing this superbowl sunday???

you know, ty, the hunky guy that has more energy than anyone ought to, that goes around making wonderful new houses for deserving people on the show extreme makeover, home edition....THAT ty.....

my daughter rhiannon, happily married, would glady marry ty....she loves him. she was standing 20 feet away from him today. so, what IS ty doing during the superbowl??? he, and his crew, and tons of volunteers, are doing a house a few miles from my house.

last night marissa, you know, daniel's marissa, have i told you that we love marissa--that marissa, was there packing up the house. today, rhiannon--who loves ty, and shea were there doing some work too.....they did the filming of the meeting the crew etc. today, and they are knocking down the house as we speak. patience works at the starbucks that is supplying all of their coffee etc. and was working last night when they came for their order....

actually, this IS a pretty big deal in our tiny little town of phelan. the family does an animal rescue place and has tigers and stuff. they have kids and the little one is in my grand-daughter's 2nd grade class. her teacher is my other daughter's mother in law, and she was saying that she had known and had to get an independant study packet ready for her....and, that the family had to get passports. they are not going to disneyworld this time around, they are going to costa rico on an animal safari i guess--how cool is that???

anyway, ty and his crew are making a nice big house for this nice family on superbowl sunday. and, how cool that marissa and rhiannon and shea went and helped out....and, that rhiannon got to be soooo close to ty LOL
