what a nice day....

it was a grand time today going with all the clan to grandma's house. the kids had a nice time outside playing basketball. eireland and tristan sure had fun.

and absolutley nothing slows that little guy down. he walks so funny with his cast. he should be getting it off next week...i wonder how he will do with walking when it comes off....he LOVES balls, and had a blast with that basketball....

justin, patience's boyfriend has nothing on jenna! , we are so glad that jenna and matt were able to make it to the gathering as there is the imminent arrival of silas caleb....wonder what day he is gonna arrive, jenna is due on the 19th....i thought he would have arrived early february--shows what i know huh? donna's backyard is like a park, it is always nice to go there and be out under the trees.....

then we went out to dinner at northwood's inn......there were 24 of us, and it was just a really nice time of eating, drinking, and visiting......

shea and daniel...they sat across from me, so they ended up in better pictures....

randi and rhiannon sharing music....i guess our chatting wasn't good enough for them....

i think matt is trying to tell me something......i better not threaten to take his steak huh?

we were celebrating birthdays--donna (kevin's mom) who is now 79, daniel who will be 29 and jenna who will be 23 both on february 22nd...

eireland loved someone's ice cream......

time to go home, caoin gathered up some of the boxes to go....

oops....daniel forgot the great bread and cheese spread to take home to marissa....had to make a trip back in.....

so, back to the house for some cake and then of course the giant family picture. unfortunately arcadia is missing, and so is marissa....otherwise, how cool is it that the whole fam is together? kevin and both of his siblings, his mom and all of the nieces and nephews....so....lets attempt to gather...here is the progresssion of the silliness that goes into the goofy family picture....

ok, the clan has finally gathered....if you look real hard, you might even beable to tell who is who...i wonder why justin didn't zoom in a bit closer....but, here is the clan....on the bottom row is tadhgain (7), then peter and donna, jenna (near 23)(and silas is in her lap--still in womb, but also in lap), and then caoin (9) next row is kevin's brother michael--he is visiting from south dakota or someplace like that...then, next to him is j.k. (21) patience (17) and then kevin's sister kathleen. providence (13) is holding tristan (16 months), then there is randi (14) and then kevin with eireland on his shoulders (she is almost 5), shea (18), siobhan (12) and rhiannon (26). tucked way in the back is me, and then christopher-kathleen's oldest son (i think he is 35) then our daniel (soon to be 29, or probably by the time i get this posted he could be 35) next to him is brendan, kathleen's other son who is 25. next to eireland is her daddy steven (rhiannon's hsuband) and then, last but not least is matthew, jenna's husband......so, only missing is arcadia, rhiannon's 7 yr old, and marissa, daniel's girlfriend--but will be fiance on the 22nd, she just doesn't know it yet.....he is asking her at disneyland on his birthday. the ring is GORGEOUS!!! anyway, that is the fam....

i better get to sleep now though, coz providence, siobhan and i are going to the happiest place on earth tomorrow--disneyland!!! we are getting in free from a long time family friend--prince charming. no, really....this guy used to be prince charming back in the day...now he is a big muckity muck at disneyland.....i will take pictures of him tomorrow LOL

i am really looking forward to going with just the 2 girls...it should be a really nice time for just the 3 of us. i am praying for nice weather. it is supposed to be ICKY weather, i am really hoping that it will not have snow on the pass....ok, time for bed....
