sometimes adding pictures is not worth the trouble for the time it takes to re-edit the layout of the post....it drives me totally wack that it ALWAYS screws things up.....i take forever to get it right in the preview and then it never is spaced the same waywhen it is actually published.....or, i end up deleting stuff....so, after screwing around with this for way too long by trying to stick it in the post with the grids and not being successful, HERE is what chunk is supposed to look like thanks to my friend lisa. she chose the same colorway that i did :o) she has good taste LOL

I figured out to put all my pictures on first and in reverse order. Then they are in the correct order and I just write what I want about each. For some reason I can't seem to click and drag them with out freezing up the computer. I was hoping there was a way of just inserting them where I want but I haven't figured that out yet. (I finished chunck 1-tonight and have pcs cut for several more, should be caught up by next week.) cw
using windows live writer to start off with in creating a new post makes it easier to insert pictures where you want them originally, but since i wanted to go in and edit and add another picture i use blogger and it always adds HUGE chunks of empty space that you have to work on deleting etc....i will try doing like you suggested cheryl and add the pictures first in reverse order, thanks for the tip :o)
glad you got started on your quilt and hope you are liking how the colors are playing with each other.
I want a star * I have chunk 1 finished (except for the squaring up part) http://ozarkcastle.blogspot.com/2009/07/plan-b-i-went-with-yellows.html
cheryl, i went to you your blog and loved it--your yellow was the right choice i think. i know the light blue would have been really nice, but they yellow is such a happy color--it just makes it sing. you have an amazing array of fabrics-i would LOVE to come play in your stash!
Lynne, Do you still need more background fabric for your celtic quilt? Send me your address and I will send some your way. It is so generous of you to post the graphs and layout pictures for us. I also enjoy seeing the color choices of others, thanks for posting them. Happy Stitching!
