make another one!
here is my original size with the black/green/purple and one of my minis in brown, teal and gold. the finished square is only 3/4 inches "square" --some of mine ended up being a bit more wonky than i wanted but oh well...they are about the size of a dime is all....
or, start in on your borders. i am going to make scrappy borders for my large one. doing rough math that means that i will need 575 more whites, and nearly 200 of each green and purple. wow!!! do i REALLY want to do that??? LOL yep, i think i do! my plan is to go round the quilt with a strip of white scrappy, followed by a scrappy green, followed by a scrappy white, followed by a scrappy purple, followed by a scrappy white, followed by a wide strip of black fabric. since i know that my quilt top before borders is 43 inches square, that means i will need to make 2 strips of 43 whites and 2 strips of 45. i can start sewing these as leaders/enders too. then, i can move on to the next border, and on to the next, etc. etc....so i DO have something else to work on while i wait right?
oh yeah, then there is always regular life stuff to do too, like cooking and cleaning....as well as other quilty things and knitting....variety is the spice of life!

Love the colors in the mini! I think I am going to do this as a leader/ender project...working with lots of triangles right now.
Oh yes, Lynne, I will make this quilt, but I can't decide, which colors will work for me.
Thank you so much for the pattern.

I think I'm just crazy enough to start another one while I'm waiting for Wednesday to roll around. I'm thinking of a mixture of browns with cream and black. Maybe medium brown, light brown, black and cream....oooohhhhh....temptation is knocking at my door.
