a sweet pea garden with a lattice fence

irene from new york sent me a picture of 3 of her neighbors. isn't it beautiful? it reminds me so much of a garden of sweet peas fenced in by a lattice.....anyway, irene, george (not her real name) and i are all doing the same colorway--purples, greens, and black on a white background so we are all going to have magnificent quilts.
my friend curious george, as a reward for her curiosity, was given the whole chart early on in the game. she became my proof reader--too bad we were both on vacation at the same time so she could not find my old mistakes LOL
george just sent me a picture of the first three rows her quilt top already sewn together--OH MY GOSH!!!! this is just amazing!!!! you will get to see it in just a few more weeks....keep plugging away at your chunks. when you see george's quilt, you will want to hurry and get your chunks put together too.....seeing hers made me want to hurry and get my last 5 chunks sewn and put together too...

welcome pajudie and lisa :o) i saw a picture of curious george's finished quilt top and it just knocks my socks off. i just finished my last chunk last night and am going to lay it out today and get started on stitching it together....this is just an amazingly beautiful quilt made simply from sewing simple squares together--just floors me when i think of it....
